RETURNS

Flores de Melo wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receipt should it meet our Returns requirements:

  • Order Confirmation number
  • Tag still attached to all items
  • Protective tags still attached to swimwear bottoms
  • Garment in original conditions, including unworn and unwashed, Pack all items you would like to return in their original packaging..
  • Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear for hygiene purposes.
  • We have the right to refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that any of the above have not been done.

Please note

  • Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
  • We do not offer refunds on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.
  • Flores de Melo is not responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.
